Maureen FitzSimons' early achievements in performing arts (now known as Maureen O'Hara), would be considered, according to American standards, in the category of child prodigy. As a person with Irish origins, who was surrounded her by talented parents and family members was naturally gifted, it came as a natural. Maureen entered this caring haven on August 17 1920 in Ranelagh (a suburb in Dublin), Ireland. She was the daughter of Marguerita Lilburn FitzSimons, was a talented contralto. Charles FitzSimons ran a Dublin firm, as well as owned shares in the Irish soccer team Shamrock Rovers. Maureen FitzSimons was the daughter of Charles FitzSimons. Peggy, Florrie Charles B. Fitzsimons Margot Fitzsimons made up this beautiful family. Maureen was a fan of rough sports as a kid and was very proficient at it.
